Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the mainland UK only.

*Please note: We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or outside the UK at this time.*

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Standard mainland UK delivery is free on all orders over £50.

• For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £9.95 applies.

Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas

• Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands or other remote UK mainland locations may incur an additional surcharge.

• If applicable, this surcharge will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team before your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking & Delivery Info

Once your rug is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and expected delivery information.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for larger items that may require assistance when brought into your home.
