Can I track my order?
Once your rug is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and expected delivery information.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for larger items that may require assistance when brought into your home.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the mainland UK only.
*Please note: We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or outside the UK at this time.*
How much do you charge for delivery?
- Standard mainland UK delivery is free on all orders over £50.
- For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £9.95 applies.
